ILS analysis techniques are used to optimize the repair costs and
down time of any element of the IMS. Life cycle analyses are performed
to improve procedures and budgeting. We also perform modelling of
regional depots and warehouses for spares. The overall advantage
of modelling is that by using cost modelling and support scenarios one
can ensure that all costs are evaluated properly as new facilities are
designed and built as well as when facilities require improvements
and/or changes to extend their useful life, as opposed to waiting after
the fact to find out.

Among other aspects, analysis and modelling is used for:

The sparing policy, to optimize allocation and quantity of sparing parts tailored to the level of repair

The enhancement of support facilities spares allocation including stores and depots
